I am happy to congratulate you by the new academic year 2008/2009 and I am glad of this opportunity to welcome you and my sons new students who Stepping their first steps the university this year, praying to God Almighty to all your steps of success is no doubt that this stage in the lives of our nation requires us to work hard and serious work world only recognizes the most powerful among all and that we as parents and breeders hold you hope to achieve progress  You are the future leaders who can assume responsibility and trust Continue to work and struggle and pray for you every success.  I invite you to participate in all activities, whether on the level of college or university to refine all aspects of your personality  Sports, cultural and social development through participation in diverse activities by the Department of Youth Welfare faculty.  Finally, let me congratulating Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Abdel-Maksoud, Ezz Al-Arab - the university president, Dr. / Mustafa Sayed Abdel-Rahman --
